1. Choose your message
Select the personalised video that’s right for your child, whether it’s a name-only message or a custom personalised message with extra detail woven in.

2. Tell us a few details
Enter your child’s name and select the occasion. For custom personalised messages, you’ll also be able to add one short personalised detail for us to include naturally in the video. For a birthday message, you can also give us your child’s age.

3. We create the magic
Your video is individually created using the details you provide. Our characters deliver a warm, child-friendly message, with personalised moments carefully woven into the script.

4. Delivered digitally
Once your order is placed, your personalised video is created especially for your child and delivered digitally by email within 24–48 hours, ready for you to download, keep, and share whenever you choose.

5. Made just for them
Because every video is made specially for one child, small variations in movement, timing, or expressions may occur. This is part of what makes each message unique and personal.

6. Characters
Each occasion is paired with one of our friendly characters. For example, Christmas messages are delivered by Santa, birthday messages by our Birthday Bunny, and lost tooth messages by the Tooth Fairy. Magical moments for you and your child to treasure forever.

7. How long will my video be available?
Your personalised video will be available to download for a limited time after delivery. We recommend downloading and saving your video as soon as you receive it, so you can keep it forever.
