All Little Messages products are digital personalised video messages.

Delivery

Your video will be delivered digitally via email or secure download link once it has been created. Delivery times will be outlined on the product page at the time of purchase.

Because each video is individually created, delivery is not instant.

No physical delivery

No physical items will be sent.

Revisions

If there is an error caused by us (such as a misspelt name not matching your order), please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. We cannot offer revisions for changes requested after submission where the original details were entered correctly.
