Due to the personalised and digital nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalisation details entered by the customer

  • Digital products that have already been delivered

However, if there is an issue caused by us (such as incorrect use of the details you provided), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Our aim is always to ensure your child’s experience is magical and special.
