All videos are personalised based on the information you provide at checkout. Please ensure names, ages, and any custom text are entered correctly, as we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Creative discretion

To protect the magic of our characters and ensure messages remain kind, age-appropriate, and in character, we reserve the right to adjust or omit wording that we feel is unsuitable. If this occurs, we will always ensure the message remains positive and special for your child.

Digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.
